Apostle Darin Allen
Senior Pastor, Musician, Preacher, Songwriter, Worshipper
Pastor Darin Allen, a native of West Virginia. Pastor Darin grew up in church and developed a love for Christ at an early age. He preached his first sermon at the age of 13; a few years later became a licensed Minister in the Church of God in Christ, and was ordained as an Elder by the age of 18.
Pastor Darin's obedience regarding his call to ministry led him to Columbus, Ohio where he attended World Harvest Bible Institute. While attending World Harvest, he received advanced ministerial training. His next assignment led him to Voice for Christ Church in Clayton, Ohio where he was the Worship Leader for 3 years. From there, he joined International Covenant Ministries in Columbus, Ohio under the leadership of international leader Dr. Christopher Hardy. Pastor Darin served faithfully over the next eight years as the Associate Pastor and Worship Leader. It was during that time that he was also consecrated to Prophet to the Nations.
One word that describes his ministry is relevant. He has ministered to crowds of all sizes and denominations. He is well received and comes highly recommended. If preaching doesn't reel you in his singing definitely will. Pastor Darin is an award winning song writer. He won Song of the Year in the Gospel Music Association (GMA) in Nashville, TN. His solo CD, titled “Invitation to Praise” and his most recent CD project, titled “Released to Worship” reflects his musical prowess, but when you hear him minister in any capacity you know his heart is firmly anchored in Christ.
With over 35 full years of ministry, Pastor Darin has served in many capacities such as a Deacon, Minister, Elder, Evangelist, Prophet and Associate Pastor. In June of 2015, he was affirmed as an Apostle. Currently he serves as the founder and Senior Pastor of Empowerment Church (formerly Greater Works). Empowerment Church is a vibrant growing church located in Columbus, Ohio.
Most recently he has founded Remnant Apostolic Ministries where he serves as Apostolic covering for churches and ministries. Apostle Darin is a committed husband to his beautiful wife Lady Gloria Allen, a devout family man and together they have six wonderful children.
Lady Gloria Allen
Prophetess, Dancer, Preacher, Worshipper

Lady Gloria Allen is a compassionate woman of God. Her greatest desire is to see people set free through the power of Jesus Christ. Lady Gloria was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel in November 2009, which followed by her becoming an Ordained Elder in January 2012. In June 2015, she was affirmed as a Prophetess. She carries a heavy prophetic mantle and the Lord uses her mightily through the ministry of preaching, teaching, intercession and dance. She works closely beside her husband as they lead Empowerment Church in Columbus, Ohio.
One of her passions is to see the body of Christ grow into maturity. Prophetess Gloria delivers a powerful message to the people of God of how we all are fitted in the body of Christ according to Ephesians 4:16. She has a powerful testimony of how the Lord has delivered her from the spirit of rejection and from her past. Lady Allen desires that others will come to know Christ as their Savior and Lord. Thus experiencing the same joy and freedom that she has found in serving Him.
Gloria is the woman described in Proverbs 31. It is seen in her love, honor and respect toward her husband Pastor Darin Allen and in the love and care of their six children.
Pastor Jason Poole
Executive Pastor, Servant, Leader, Preacher, Worshipper

Jason Poole joined the ministry in June 2006 along with his family. He immediately showed himself as a servant. He began serving as the Lead Armor Bearer for the Senior Pastor and this followed by him becoming ordained as a Deacon, Elder, and Associate Pastor over the next several years. Recently, he assumed the role of Executive Pastor of Empowerment Church and his primary responsibilities is to support the Senior Pastor and supervise the church volunteers and staff. He directly oversees several ministries such as Finance, Media, Men’s Ministry, and Youth Ministry.
Pastor Jason is a powerful teacher of the Gospel with a unique way of ministering the word of God. He has a strong desire to support others in the area of Health and Wellness. In addition to his passion for ministry inside the walls of the church he is touching lives through “Mission Build This Temple” a ministry he founded that mentors those who want to improve their bodies through healthy eating and physical fitness. Jason is a man with integrity and he is a walking testimony of how God is able to transform lives.
Pastor Jason is happily married to his wife Taleatha and together they have two children Jaden and Ty.
